How to Apply and Register
Gordon Research Conferences encourages applications from any scientifically qualified individual. To be considered for attendance at a Gordon Research Conference or Seminar, refer to the process outlined in the steps below:
First, complete an online application. If you are unable to submit an application online, fax and email versions are also available (contact us for more details).
Typically, the application deadline is four (4) weeks prior to the start of the Conference. The specific application deadline for each Conference is noted on its program page. Please apply as soon as possible, as some meetings become oversubscribed before the deadline.
Applications are forwarded to the Chair for review. The Chair will admit applicants based on scientific merit and attendance maximums at the Conference site.
If your application is accepted by the Chair, you will receive an acceptance email containing a link to the online registration process. Please complete your registration and submit your payment immediately to assure your attendance and accommodations.
Registrations not completed three (3) weeks before the meeting may be released to individuals on the waiting list. If you arrive at a Conference without having prepaid your registration, and the attendance maximum has already been reached, it is possible you will not be admitted.
If you have any questions about your application and/or registration, please visit the Contact Information page on our web site to find the appropriate GRC staff member to assist you.
