If you still have your application acknowledgment email, you may submit/update your abstract through a link contained in that message. Please note that the title of your abstract should not exceed 200 characters and the body must be text-only.

Poster Schedule

The poster session schedule is developed by the Conference Organizers (Chair and/or Vice Chair) and a printed version of the schedule is distributed to all participants during conference check-in.

Airport Shuttle for GRC Attendees

Hotel Galvez has arranged shuttle transportation for GRC conferees on the first and last days of the meeting. The cost is $35 (one-way) or $70 (round-trip). To make reservations, please download and print the Reservation Form (PDF format), fill in the required information, and FAX back to: 409-632-6412.
