Introduction
The GRC Strategic Plan outlines the decisions and actions that shape and guide what the organization is, what it does, and why it does it, with a focus on the future. The original 5-year plan was developed in 2000 by a committee appointed by the Board of Trustees. At the end of this period, the Board decided to reduce the length of Strategic Plan terms to three years. In 2005, a new Board-appointed Strategic Planning Committee developed the first 3-year plan, which went into effect in 2006. The current Strategic Plan is in effect from 2008 through 2010.
The 2008-2010 Strategic Plan was adopted by the Board of Trustees on October 13, 2007.
