Conference Description

The Gordon Research Seminar on Alcohol and the Nervous System is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas. This is great opportunity to connect and interact with peers in the alcohol field.

The inaugural GRS on Alcohol and the Nervous System invites pre-doctoral and post-doctoral trainees to present their cutting-edge research in a low-pressure environment. This GRS will focus on unpublished work geared towards understanding the neural mechanisms of alcoholism and related disorders.

This GRS will be held in conjunction with the "Alcohol and the Nervous System" Gordon Research Conference (GRC). Those interested in attending both meetings must submit an application for the GRC in addition to an application for the GRS. Refer to the associated GRC program page for more information.
