Conference Description

The Gordon Research Seminar on Brain Energy Metabolism & Blood Flow is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The focus of this meeting is to bring together a diverse group of young and talented investigators (graduate students and postdoctoral fellows) to explore the rapidly advancing fields of brain metabolism, cell signaling, cell-cell interactions and vascular regulation in the neurovascular unit of normal and injured brains. The meeting will highlight cutting edge research in topics including, but not limited to, brain energy metabolism, neural organization, cell signaling, gliovascular coupling and functional mapping.

This GRS will be held in conjunction with the "Brain Energy Metabolism and Blood Flow" Gordon Research Seminar (GRS).
