Conference Description

The Gordon Research Seminar (GRS) on DNA Topoisomerases in Biology and Medicine is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas. The focus of the 2022 GRS will be to discuss the current and future of DNA Topoisomerase research. It will address the molecular mechanisms, cellular roles and interactions of DNA topoisomerases as well as their importance in medicine. Furthermore, a mentoring panel will provide junior scientist with guidance to establish a successful career in research.

This GRS will be held in conjunction with the "DNA Topoisomerases in Biology and Medicine" Gordon Research Conference (GRC). Those interested in attending both meetings must submit an application for the GRC in addition to an application for the GRS. Refer to the associated GRC program page for more information.
