Epithelium Dynamics During Development, Regeneration, Disease, and Aging in Vivo and in Vitro

The meeting will primarily focus on epithelial stem cells and niche interactions during development and regeneration, as well as in the context of disease and aging. Particular interests of the GRS in 2024 will be given to in vivo study and in vitro 3D cultures, as well as the transition of current discoveries to novel therapeutic approaches. Talk sessions will be chaired by a senior scientist to encourage an open and inclusive debate. Two poster sessions will provide additional venues for networking. In conclusion, a panel discussion will gather experienced scientists and young researcher around the goal of creating and nurturing a healthy research environment, free of work-place biases and discrimination.
