Conference Description

The 2022 Food Allergy Gordon Conference will focus on emerging science in food allergy obtained from mouse models, human immunology, and clinical trials. This conference will highlight advances in our understanding of immune mechanisms of allergy and tolerance to foods. Novel areas of concentration include key systems that interact with and shape immunity, including microbiome, the nervous system, and the neuroendocrine system. We will also highlight science supporting emerging treatment approaches for food allergy.
