Food Allergy, Intolerance and Gut Permeability

The Gordon Research Seminar on Food Allergy is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.The focus of this meeting is on discussing food allergy research with other trainees and early-career scientists, with mentorship from senior scientists in the field. There is a plethora of research being done to elucidate the mechanisms of how food allergy develops and potential ways to treat it, and the Gordon Research Seminar on Food Allergy aims to be a venue to showcase the variety of work being done. The meeting will feature poster sessions, talks focusing on the frontiers of food allergy research, and a career panel of senior researchers in the field.
