Adhesion Receptor Signaling in Health and Disease

The Gordon Research Seminar on Signaling by Adhesion Receptors is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The meeting will focus on the interface between cell signaling and cell adhesion receptors, drawing from diverse fields including cell and developmental biology, bioengineering, biophysics, biomedical research, and systems biology. This GRS will not only provide an outstanding opportunity for graduate students and post-docs to present their work, receive constructive feedback, network with each other and receive mentoring, but it will also prepare attendees for the subsequent GRC, facilitating higher levels of student participation and leadership throughout the GRC.
